Senior SDR – US Healthcare (Inside Sales)

Job Brief
We are seeking a driven, articulate inside sales professional to join our growing team as a Sales Development Representative (SDR) for the US healthcare market. This is a pure top-of-funnel, outbound role focused on building pipeline and generating qualified opportunities for GoSource MD.
You will work closely with sales, marketing, and leadership to drive demand for GoSource MD’s healthcare outsourcing and revenue cycle solutions, helping healthcare organizations improve operational efficiency, reduce administrative workload, and strengthen revenue cycle performance.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Prospect, generate, qualify, and manage leads, setting up qualified meetings for the sales team
- Execute outbound activity across cold calling, email campaigns, and LinkedIn outreach targeting the US healthcare market
- Research and identify potential customers including physician groups, medical practices, billing companies, RCM firms, and healthcare systems
- Engage senior decision makers such as CFOs, VPs of Revenue Cycle, and Directors of Patient Financial Services, positioning the value of GoSource MD’s outsourcing solutions
- Own a consistent activity cadence and contribute to monthly qualified meeting targets agreed with sales leadership
- Maintain accurate records of outreach, leads, and customer interactions in the CRM
- Build, nurture, and manage a consistent pipeline of qualified opportunities
- Collaborate with sales and marketing on ongoing demand generation initiatives
- Participate in sales discussions and training to build healthcare domain and service expertise
- Stay current on healthcare industry trends, revenue cycle challenges, compliance requirements, and evolving customer needs
Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline
- 4 to 6 years of inside sales / SDR experience targeting the US market (strong candidates with 3+ years will be considered)
- Proven cold calling and outbound lead generation experience in healthcare services, BPO/KPO, IT services, or outsourcing
- Excellent verbal communication, articulation, and interpersonal skills
- Confidence engaging US-based decision makers including practice administrators, healthcare executives, and operations leaders
- Hands-on experience with CRM tools (Zoho preferred; Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar also welcome)
- Strong research and organizational skills, with the ability to run multiple outreach campaigns at once
Good to Have (Strong Advantage)
- Working knowledge of the US healthcare ecosystem and revenue cycle management (RCM)
- Familiarity with medical billing, coding, claims management, payment posting, denial management, credentialing, or patient support services
- Prior experience with healthcare providers, physician practices, RCM companies, or healthcare outsourcing organizations
