Sales Development Representative (SDR)

We are actively seeking a driven and enthusiastic individual to join our growing sales team as a Sales Development Representative (SDR).

This is a pure top-of-funnel, outbound-focused role responsible for building pipeline and generating qualified opportunities for the sales team in the US mortgage market.

You will work closely with sales and leadership to drive demand for high-value SaaS and outsourcing solutions across mortgage lenders, servicers, and related stakeholders.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Prospect, generate, qualify, and manage leads while setting up qualified meetings for the sales team.
  • Execute outbound sales activities including cold calling, email campaigns, and LinkedIn outreach.
  • Research and identify potential customers within the US mortgage ecosystem (lenders, servicers, title companies, etc.).
  • Effectively communicate and position the value proposition of our SaaS and outsourcing solutions.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to support ongoing demand generation initiatives.
  • Maintain accurate records of outreach, leads, and interactions within the CRM system.
  • Build and manage a consistent pipeline of opportunities.
  • Participate in sales discussions and knowledge sessions to build domain and product expertise.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, mortgage regulations, and product enhancements.

Requirements

  • Graduate in any discipline.
  • 4–6 years of experience in inside sales / SDR roles targeting the US market.
  • Proven experience in cold calling and outbound lead generation for SaaS, IT services, or outsourcing solutions.
  • Excellent communication, articulation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho CRM, or similar platforms.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple outreach campaigns.

Good to Have (Strong Advantage)

  • Basic understanding of the mortgage loan lifecycle (origination, processing, underwriting, closing, post-closing).
  • Prior experience working with mortgage lenders, servicers, title companies, or related ecosystem.

Work Timings

Open to working in US shifts (Eastern Standard Time): 05:30 PM – 02:30 AM IST
