Role Summary

We are looking for a Senior Full-Stack Developer to lead front-end
and full-stack development efforts. The role involves translating UI/UX designs into
functional applications using React, integrating backend services and AI-powered
features, and mentoring junior developers.

The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of
AI-Driven Development Life Cycle (AI-DLC) workflows and hands-on
experience incorporating Generative AI capabilities into modern web applications.

Key Responsibilities

Frontend Development & UX

• Design and build responsive user interfaces using React.js, HTML, and CSS.
• Translate UI/UX designs and specifications into functional, maintainable code.
• Develop reusable and scalable React components.
• Ensure cross-browser compatibility and responsive design.
• Optimize frontend performance, accessibility, and user experience.

Backend Integration

• Implement server-side logic and APIs using Python (FastAPI/Django) or Node.js.
• Develop and maintain RESTful and GraphQL APIs.
• Implement authentication, authorization, business logic, and data processing.
• Integrate third-party services and external APIs.
• Ensure reliable and secure communication between frontend and backend services.

Database Design & Development

• Design efficient and scalable database schemas.
• Write optimized queries for relational and non-relational databases.
• Work with databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, and MongoDB.
• Optimize database performance and ensure data integrity.

AI-Enabled Features

• Integrate Generative AI capabilities into modern web applications.
• Build LLM chains and autonomous agents using LangChain.
• Connect and retrieve private or enterprise data using LlamaIndex.
• Design and implement RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines.
• Work with vector databases for semantic search and AI-powered retrieval.
• Expose AI services through secure and scalable backend APIs.
• Implement prompt-injection defenses and semantic guardrails to secure AI interactions.
• Monitor AI functionality for reliability, security, performance, and cost efficiency.

Deployment & DevOps

• Configure development and production servers.
• Deploy and maintain applications on cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Containerize applications using Docker.
• Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines.
• Align deployment and development workflows with AI-DLC rapid development cycles.
• Monitor application performance, availability, and deployment health.

Testing & Code Quality

• Write and maintain unit and integration tests.
• Debug and troubleshoot issues across the full technology stack.
• Perform code reviews and provide constructive technical feedback.
• Ensure code quality, maintainability, performance, and security.
• Review AI-generated code before it is incorporated into production systems.
• Ensure AI-generated code meets defined security and quality standards.
• Follow AI-DLC checkpoints throughout the development lifecycle.

Collaboration & Mentoring

• Work closely with designers, product managers, QA engineers, and other developers.
• Use Git for source control and collaborative development.
• Use Jira for task management, planning, and progress tracking.
• Mentor junior developers in full-stack development practices.
• Guide junior developers in Generative AI and AI-assisted development practices.
• Provide technical leadership and support during development and troubleshooting.

Required Skills & Experience

Experience

• 4+ years of professional full-stack development experience.
• Strong focus on React and Python/Node.js development.
• Proven experience delivering production-ready web applications.
• Experience working with modern software development and deployment practices.

Technical Proficiency

• Strong knowledge of React.js, including hooks, component design, and state management.
• Experience with Next.js or similar frontend frameworks is a plus.
• Strong backend development experience using Python (FastAPI/Django) or Node.js.
• Fluency in RESTful and GraphQL API design.
• Strong understanding of database integration and data modeling.
• Experience with PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB.
• Familiarity with Docker and containerized application development.
